The Site

The land on which this new neighbourhood is proposed is located at Batchworth Park, currently an 18-hole golf course owned by Crown Golf. The Grove Woodlands is adjacent to the site to the north, and Sandfield Spring is located on the site’s southwestern boundary.

This site has been brought forward for residential development during the preparation of the emerging Three Rivers Local Plan.

Our proposals offer an exciting opportunity to deliver key public facilities and services to meet local need and deliver real social and economic value. The variety of uses will be agreed in close collaboration with the community.
