Batchworth Park Development
Crown Golf has begun work on proposals for a sustainable new mixed-used neighbourhood on land that forms part of its Batchworth Park Golf Club in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.
Early plans include much-needed new homes (including affordable) and a biodiverse public country park. There is also potential for a range of community amenities including a primary school, medical centre, play areas and sports facilities. Other ideas include flexible community space, a pub, café and a convenience shop.
A planning application will be submitted at the end of 2026. This website will provide the latest updates about our plans as they progress. We will also share information about a range of community consultation events – we hope that local people will help shape our proposals so that we can deliver a place that people can enjoy for generations to come.
